Shipping Policies

- We can ship anywhere in the United States. At this time we unfortunately cannot ship internationally.

- Orders ship out within 5 days of placing an order. Once shipped orders should usually arrive within 2-5 days. We will work to ship your order as efficiently as possible.

- A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon check out.

- Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping fees if the order is shipped to the correct address and then returned to sender.

- Golden Hill Candles is not responsible for missing packages once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim if this happens to you.

- Refunds are not available if the item is not delivered within the estimated time window.

- All of our packing materials are plastic free, minimal, and either reusable or recyclable.

RETURN POLICY

- Golden Hill Candles does not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue (such as a broken candle) with the product upon arrival. Please read all descriptions of products before purchasing. Email within 2 days of delivery (recorded as delivered by carrier) to start a conversation about the issue and we will work with you to try to right the problem.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If there is an issue contact us before the order has shipped and the order can be cancelled.
